Prenatal Visits

Prenatal visits with a doula can help parents feel more informed, supported, and confident as they approach childbirth, and can contribute to a more positive and empowering birth experience.

BIRTH PLANNING & PREP

This service can help parents feel more informed, confident, and empowered as they approach their due date, and can help ensure that their birth experience aligns with their goals and values leading to better birth outcomes and a more positive childbirth experience.

Labor & Delivery Support

The goal of labor and delivery support is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning and movement, and advocacy for the woman’s birth preferences.

Postpartum Care

Services include infant care, breastfeeding support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and emotional support. Postpartum doula care can help ease the transition to parenthood, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote maternal and family wellbeing.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding support services aim to provide expert advice, education, and practical tips to help mothers overcome breastfeeding challenges and establish a successful breastfeeding relationship with their babies.

Childbirth doula

    • Free consultation

    • 2 prenatal visits (1 home & 1 virtual)

    • Information packet (what to expect during labor, stages, positions)

    • Guidance with preparing birth plan

    • Unlimited phone/email support. On call 24/7 2-weeks prior to due date

    • Continuous labor and birth support

    • 1 hour postpartum support during golden hour, initial breastfeeding support

    • 1 postpartum home visit (approx. 1 hour, meal included) review birth, breastfeeding, and healing

  • $1525

    • Free consultation

    • 2 prenatal visits (1 home & 1 virtual)

    • Information packet (what to expect during labor, stages, positions)

    • Guidance with preparing birth plan

    • Unlimited phone/email support. On call 24/7 2-weeks prior to due date

    • 3 prenatal visits (2 home & 1 virtual)

    • Unlimited phone/email support. On call 24/7 2-weeks prior to due date

    • 1 hour postpartum support during golden hour

$1250-1800 25% is due at contract signing as a deposit to secure your due date on my calendar, remainder is by due week 36.

PostpARTUM DOULA

Supporting the family after birth. I’m here to nurture you and your family as you all transition into new roles and add a tiny human. The first few days postpartum are very important for the birthing person to rest, recoup, and be filled with lots of love.

Postpartum packages available upon request.
